ANDY SLAIN COACHING
Helping capable professionals think clearly when they’re overloaded.
If you’re carrying a lot of responsibility and decisions feel heavier than they should, you’re not alone. Even thoughtful, successful people get overwhelmed and struggle to sort through what matters and what to do next. Good intentions to work harder sometimes fail to produce results, systems break down, and an unproductive busyness creeps in.

When work and life get this full, choices linger longer, too much feels urgent, and you start to drift. You begin to second-guess yourself.
I work with leaders, solo professionals, and executives to help them think clearly about real situations: people issues, work structure, priorities, and decisions that don’t have obvious answers.
This work is practical and conversational. I’ll ask the tough, clarifying questions that cut through the noise, help you see tradeoffs more clearly, and decide what deserves attention. The goal is progress that’s realistic and sustainable as well as a lighter cognitive load.

ABOUT ME
I spent over 20 years in large organizations before starting a solo coaching practice. My work has included roles in IT, legal operations, and leadership development, giving me firsthand experience with complex systems, competing priorities, and the realities of organizational life.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index. I’ve worked with leaders, professionals, and executives across a range of industries, typically in situations where clarity, judgment, and steadiness matter more than motivation or performance tactics.
Today, I work independently with a small number of clients, focusing on practical thinking support rather than programs or prescribed frameworks.
